Terms of Service

By using Perfect Circle, you agree to the following terms:

1. Fair Play

You agree not to use automated tools, bots, or any form of cheating to submit scores. Violations may result in permanent removal from all leaderboards.

2. Username Policy

Usernames must not contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove offensive usernames without notice.

3. Subscription & Payments

All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store any payment information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage subscriptions in your device settings.

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep leaderboards available but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Daily leaderboards reset at midnight UTC. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

5. User Content

By submitting scores to leaderboards, you grant us permission to display your username and score publicly. You retain ownership of your drawing data.

6. Wagers & Challenges

Any wagers made between friends are purely for fun and are not enforced by Perfect Circle. We are not responsible for any disputes arising from wagers.
